Shantha Indrajith, Senior Lecturer, Botho University, Botswana With a blend of experience of twenty-eight years in the academy and the industry as a lecturer, practising lawyer, accountant & Manager, he has authored four books for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICA-SL) & Association of Accounting Techniques of Sri Lanka (AAT-SL) and presented and published research papers at international conferences and journals. He has got academic & Professional qualifications in three disciplines, Law, Management & Accounting. Law graduate (LLB) of University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, International Management –MBA(UK) from the University of Wales. His academic experience extends to Business Schools in Sri Lanka, Brunei, the UK and presently in Botswana. His research interest is in Sustainability, Business law and management. In these areas, he has presented seven research papers and published five papers. He has been teaching various modules such as Business Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Essentials of Entrepreneurship, and Research Methodology.
